Threw the beef into the oven (salt, pepper, <100°C).

Took a walk to my yoga class and back
~2h 20m. Inner temperature 60°C (after resting)
Made a pickle of random spices found in the cupboard at the moment:
• salt* • parsley* • crushed fresh black pepper • thyme • tarragon • oregano • onion • garlic •

Left the roast in the pickle overnight.
Result: food for the rest of the week.
Easy as!
* not in the picture at all or in the right amounts.
