go go noah!

Days like this, I'm happy that our house is built on top of a large hill. Some days I'm annoyed that I have to walk up the long slope, but after these last few days – of almost non-stop raining – I'm pretty glad. I've been sick all this week, so I've been bunked down on my couch underneath two blankets, hearing the constant rain on my window and doing nothing but being bored out of my mind in front of the first three seasons of Alias. Don't get me wrong I actually like Alias, but when I'm sick I need fluff.

I need "fluffy" movies and series that doesn't really mean anything and where it doesn't matter if I fall asleep or not – something I've done quite a lot these last few days. Movies that leave me with a happy feeling and doesn't leave any trace of actual thought.

Unfortunately I haven't got any "new" fluff at home right now. And I don't have any old that I really want to see again – at least not right now. I lent my Coupling dvd-box to my sister and Firefly is out as well. I have quite a lot of Scrubs, but I don't know. Feels like I've seen it too many times. I know that's not supposed to be possible, but... apparently it is.

It's times like this that miss my "downloading days". I stopped downloading stuff more than three years ago and my media hard drive has crashed since then.

Ah well, I guess I'll have to be content with Alias and the sound of the rain constantly pounding on my roof. Even though it leaves me feeling like the world is slowly drowning.

I hate being sick!
